Somatic Movement Mapping™ is a deeply experiential, in-person immersion where movement becomes the pathway for release, expression, and integration. Through intentional practices such as stretching, intuitive movement, sound, and guided somatic exploration, you’ll learn how to safely access and move stored emotion and trauma through the body.
This is not about performing or getting it “right.”
It’s about allowing the body to complete what it’s been holding.
When the body is given permission to move, it naturally begins to unwind patterns of tension, suppression, and protection creating space for freedom, clarity, and aliveness.
Over three days, you’ll be guided into a deeper relationship with your body’s natural rhythms, learning how to support both yourself and others in emotional release that feels safe, grounded, and sustainable.
